The pace of the movie is set when a supermarket hold up is broken up by Marion Cobretti.
Supermarket Killer: Get back! I got a bomb here! I'll blow this whole place up!
Marion Cobretti: Go ahead. I don't shop here.

"Crime is a disease. Meet the cure."
Lt. Marion Cobretti, nicknamed Cobra, is an aviator wearing, tooth pick chewing cop who is all about busting criminals and breaking the rules. His violent and forceful way of busting bad guys with his pearl handled Colt .45, usually ends up with the punks in a body bag. His 1950 Merc is an amazing classic car that unfortunately gets totaled in an early chase scene.

Captain: If you ever want to get a transfer from the Zombie Squad to something easier, or you need anything, just say the word.
Cobretti: Well, I would like to have my car replaced.
Captain: We'd like to, but it's not in the budget.



A killer cult is spreading rapidly in the city. The best part of the movie is a montage of the cult killing random innocent people with jagged knifes and axes intertwined with a photo shoot of a young model (Brigitte Nielsen in her prime) posing with robots in her bathing and scenes of Cobra interrogating the low life's of the city. After the photo shoot Brigitte is a witness to a crime and eventually ends up being Cobras love interest.

The movie ends with Cobra defeating the cult with his laser mount submachine gun and throwing the Slasher up onto a huge metal hook, that rips through his back and carries him into a fiery inferno.
