An undead cop, returns from the grave and rampages on the criminals who murdered him in the prison. These movies are pretty terrible, there are some good scenes, and there was an interesting similarity to the Joker dressed as a cop in Dark Knight .. oh yea and Robert Z'Dar has a funny head.
